Fruit Sauce for Spiral Cut Ham

prunes, dried and diced

cup
apricots, dried and diced
1-3/4
cup
orange juice

tbl.
cornstarch

tbl.
water
Simmer prunes and apricots with orange juice and sugar, until fruit is tender.
In small dish blend cornstarch and water; stir into fruit mixture, simmer, stirring constantly until thickened.
